Guacamole

2 ripe avocados

juice of 2 lemons

1 tsp salt

optional - add finely chopped onion and roughly diced tomato

​

Mash the avocados with a fork and add the lemon & salt.

​

A simple and delicious way to enjoy a light snack

​

serve with any crudites  (carrot sticks etc) or crackers

​
