Rosemary Seed Crackers

1 Cup Punpkin Seeds

! Cup Sunflower Seeds

1 3/4 Cups Flax Seed

1 Large Carrot - grated finely

1 Red Onion

3/4 Cup Water

1 1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp pepper

2 Tbs Olive Oil

1 1/2 Tbs Chopped fresh Rosemary

Pulse all seeds in a food processer

Mix all the ingredients together until it forms a nice dough

Roll the dough between to sheets of baking paper until it is 1/2 cm thick.   Take of the top layer of paper adn cut crackers into squares

Bake at 175 degrees celcius for 10-15 minutes
