1 large ripe avocado
1 cup parsley, fresh
1/4 cup chives, fresh
3 cloves garlic
2 Tbs Lime Juice
2 Tbsp Verjuis or White Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup water
Salt + pepper to taste
Place all the ingredients into a blender until smooth and refrigerate.
