Seed Crackers

2 Tbs ground flaxseed

2 Tbs ground almond

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/3 cup sunflower seeds

1/3 cup pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup hemp seeds

1 Tbs chia seeds

1 cup boiling water

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius 

combine all dry ingredients until well mixed

Add boiling water and leave for 15 minutes for the moisture to be absorbed.

On a tray lined with parchment paper, roll out the mixture as thin as possible and bake for approx 30 minutes, checking that there are no burnt areas.
