Probiotic Lemonade

Juice of 3 Lemons

1/3 Cup Sugar

1/4 Cup Whey

1 Litre Water

Mix all ingredients together and stir well.  Cover tightly with a lid and let sit on your kitchen benck or somewhere cool for 2 days.  

Ready to drink or refrigerate.

Serve with mint and ice for a really refreshing summer drink.
