1 Double Espresso Shot
100 ml of cold brewed coffee
200 ml Coconut Milk
Pinch of cinnamon and/or cardamon
1 tbs maple syrup
1 large tablespoon of coconut ice-cream
Mix together the coffee, milk and syrup and add the ice-cream to the glass.
lightly sprinkle cinnamon on top.
This is yummy with lavender cream but can be a bit rich.
I prefer the deliciousness of the coconut ice-cream and coffee just as they are.
