3/4 cup softened butter
1 & 1/2 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
3/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup sauerkraut -drained and chopped
1 cup miilk
2/3 cup coconut
1/2 cup walnuts - chopped
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat in vanilla.
Fold in the sieved dry ingredients and mix gently.
Fold in the nuts, sauerkraut & coconut.
Pour into 3 greased 21cm tins & baike for 20-25 mins at 180 celcius
2 cups chocolate, melted
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup nuts - crushed
in a bowl combine all ingredients and ue between the cake layers and the outside of the cake.
Sprinkle shredded coconut and nuts on top if you wish.
