This is a really easy breakfast or dessert that leaves you feeling full and nourished.
3/4 Cup Chia Seed
2 3/4 Cup Coconut Milk
2 Tbs Maple Syrup
1tsp Vanilla Essence
Pinch Sea Salt
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight .
Add some Chia Jam or Chocolate Coconut Yoghurt to add flavour and keep this dish exciting.
