Raspberry Chia Jam

2 Cups frozen raspberries - or any other berry to your taste

4 medjool dates (pitted)

4 Tbs Chia Seeds

1/2 cup water

1 Tbs lemon Juice

Blend all the ingredients.  

Put into a saucepan and heat through for a few minutes.

Put into a jar to cool.

Once cool keep in fridge.
