Za'atar can be used on everything! It enhances the flavour of fish and gets your mouth watering!
1 Tbs dried thyme
1 Tbs coriander seeds
1 Tbs cumin seed
1 Tbs sesame seeds
1 Tbs sumac
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
1/4 tsp dried chilli
In a frypan, dry fry the coriander and cumin seeds. Cool.
Put all ingredients into a spice grinder and blend until you have the desired consistency.
Put into a jar.
Keeps for 3 months in the fridge.
