This is a fully immersive experience you’ll see, feel, and taste each stage of the transformation as milk becomes cheese. With Julie guiding you through every essential technique, you’ll develop a deep appreciation for the care, precision, and artistry behind artisan cheese making.

We gather around one cheese-making table, where you’ll touch, taste, and learn your way through the entire process with expert guidance at your fingertips. All recipes are included, along with access to the Oak & Thistle membership page, so you can confidently continue crafting and perfecting your own delicious cheeses at home.
