The shrub Karamu Coprosma robusta is fruiting now and makes a tasty treat.

As part of the coffee family the fruit is edible and if you are really keen the seeds can be roasted for a coffee substitute.

Karamu is the perfect hedging plant around schools & play areas to offer a natural snack for kids to pick.
