Curry Paste

Absolutely Delicious Curry Paste

2 thumbs of Peeled Ginger

10 Cloves Garlic

2Tbs Curry Powder

1Tbs Cumin Powder

1 Tbs Sea Salt

1Tbs Whole Coriander Seed

2 Brown Onions

In a frypan, dry fry the Coriander Seed - This releases the lemonny notes - yum.

Put Coriander & all remaining ingredients into a food processer and mix into a coarse paste.

Keep this in the fridge for up to 2 weeks (if it lasts that long) and add as a flavour base to curries, soups and stirfry's
