Crumble Topping

2 Tbs Coconut oil - melted

2/3 Cup raw almonds

2/3 Cup Mixed nuts

4 Dates - pitted

2 Tbs Shredded coconut

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Mixed spice

Pinch sea salt

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 160 degrees celcius for 20 minutes.

Ideal over stewed fruit or on top of yoghurt
