Coconut Yoghurt

Coconut yoghurt is simple and easy to make.

400 ml Coconut cream

2 Tbs (heaped) of a previously made coconut yoghurt (that has the particular strain of healthy gut bacteria you want) 

 

                            or

1 probiotic capsule.

Some recipes tell you to to add thickening agents - but I feel this is completely unnecessary and only takes away from a pure product.

 

Mix ingredients well & put into a jar.

Leave on the kitchen bench - out of the sun for 4-8 hours depending on the kitchen temperature.

When the yoghurt has reached the thickness you like, put it into the fridge and eat.  It will also thicken a little once properly cooled.
