Time for Tea
To make good, healthy and practical decisions take some time out. Reflect on what you've achieved and what you would like to do.
Choose your drinking vessel carefully. I love my teacup and saucer.
My favourite tea for relaxing is and Lemon Verbena from my garden. Take a look at a wonderful NZ site with a lot of interesting and warming tea recipes and ingredients to give you some ideas. Make your own or buy local. Growing your own herbs in the summer and drying them for winter is an efficient and inexpensive way to keep your larder full of your favourites.
I only use fresh coffee beans to make espresso, then add whatever spice I feel like. If you would like something sweet, add cinnamon or for something more spicy, add a cardamom pod or a tiny bit of vanilla essence.
