This delicious and really yummy dessert will be a winner on your table - and they'll never know it's raw and vegan!
1 Avocado - pip removed and flesh scooped out.
1/2 cup Cacao Powder
2 Medjool dates - pitted and soaked in coconut cream
1/3 cup coconut cream
Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
1 Tbs Maple Syrup (not necessary if you like bitter dark chocolate)
Put into a blender and process until smooth.
Serve into small portions as this is a rich treat. Serve with cacao nibs.
You can add dessicated coconut to this too, just add an equal amount of coconut milk to compensate for the dry ingredient.
